For an existing order, include its order or brief reference and the email address used to sign in. That helps us find the right request and continue the conversation by email.
The individual portrait package
Profile Portrait costs $35 USD once for one person. You provide eight selfies and choose a background for each of four finished AI portraits. The package includes manual human review before delivery.
Team and company orders are coordinated separately by email. The pricing page explains their participant ranges, per-person rates and package differences; individual online checkout covers one person.
How we review and deliver your photographs
Our team creates and reviews the AI portraits, checking likeness, natural texture, facial details and crop before emailing the finished files. Delivery is by ordinary email, including full-size JPG portraits and square profile crops.
The individual delivery target is 30 minutes after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment. This is a target, not an SLA. Team and company delivery timing is agreed separately by email.
Your included correction
Each person's order includes one correction request covering up to two portraits. Reply to your delivery email within seven days of first delivery, naming the images and the details you would like adjusted.
Corrected portraits receive another human review before release. The seven-day window remains tied to the first delivery and does not restart after a revision.
Photo privacy and processing questions
The submission form emails your prepared photo attachments, background choices and comments to our portrait team. Your verified email address is used for the reply.
