Start with the places your company will use the images: a team page, employee directory, company biographies or speaker introductions. Agree on the background and crop that fit those placements, then give participants the same brief.
Choose the backgrounds your company wants participants to use and include that brief when arranging the order by email. There are six available settings, and the same background can be repeated for everyone. Ask participants to include the agreed background choices when sending their references. Review each person’s face, hair, glasses and expression against their references.
Team Portraits covers 5–249 people. Each participant provides eight recent selfies for four reviewed portraits. Company Rollout covers 250–5,000 people and uses four selfies for two reviewed portraits each.
The package changes at 250 people, including the input and final image counts. Both packages use the same six-background collection and human review criteria. Use the calculators above to check your headcount and total; the pricing page lists every rate band.

The organizer confirms the headcount, payment, participant schedule and agreed backgrounds with hello@match-production.com before anyone sends photos. We agree on the reference-photo handoff by email for that team order. Individual online checkout covers one person; employees do not need to buy an additional individual package for an agreed team place.
We coordinate missing references, review and delivery through ordinary email. Keep a participant list and use our email updates to follow up with colleagues. Each person receives their portraits by email after human review.

Team and company portrait places are valid for twelve months. Agree on a schedule with our team by email for people in different offices, departments or onboarding groups.
An unused place can move to another colleague before processing starts. Request the change by email and wait for confirmation. Once processing begins, the place stays with that participant. Each place covers one person rather than an ongoing employee subscription.
Every delivered portrait is checked for likeness, natural skin texture, facial details and framing. Matching backgrounds are only part of the job: the portrait also needs to represent the person who will use it.
Each person’s order includes one correction request for up to two portraits, submitted by reply email within seven days of that person’s first delivery. Corrected images receive another human review. Record the first-delivery date for each participant; the correction window does not restart after a revision.
Thirty minutes is the target for an individual order after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment, including human review. It is not an SLA or a delivery estimate for an entire company batch. Agree on team timing directly with us before a rollout.
We send the finished portraits by ordinary email, with full-size JPGs and 1024 × 1024 square JPG crops. Use the portrait shape for a biography layout and check the square version in the small profile placements your company uses.
Agree on recipient details and staged delivery with our team by email. Save the received files in your company’s own image library and keep a record of which colleagues have received their portraits.
No. Arrange each person’s preparation and photo handoff with our team by email within the twelve-month use period. Reviewed portraits are returned by email. Team orders are coordinated separately from individual online checkout.
