The portrait service and your order
Profile Portrait is a one-time $35 USD purchase for one person. You provide eight selfies, choose backgrounds and receive four finished AI portraits by email. Every delivered portrait receives manual human review.
Individual online checkout uses Stripe and takes payment before the photo submission form opens. Team and company orders are arranged separately by email; review their existing package details and agree on the order with our team.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of the first delivery of your order. You do not need to request a correction before requesting a refund.
If your order is not fulfilled, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@getprofilein.com from the email address used for the purchase. Include your order or brief reference if you know it.
Our team handles requests by email and issues refunds through Stripe to the original payment method.
Delivery and human review
Our team checks likeness, natural texture, facial details and crop before emailing the finished portraits. Delivery includes full-size JPG files and square profile crops.
The individual delivery target is 30 minutes after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment. It is a target, not an SLA. Team and company delivery timing is agreed separately by email.
The included correction
Each person's order includes one correction request covering up to two portraits. Reply to the delivery email within seven days of first delivery and describe the detail to adjust.
Corrected portraits receive another human review before release. The correction window remains tied to first delivery and does not restart after a revision. A correction is optional and is not a requirement for a refund.
Photo privacy and support
The photo privacy page explains the information used for your request, temporary app storage, separate email copies and deletion requests. Review it before submitting your photographs.
