1. Prepare the reference photos for your package
Profile Portrait and Team Portraits each need exactly eight selfies for four finished portraits per person. Company Rollout needs exactly four selfies for two portraits per person. Use photos of yourself alone that show your current appearance, with clear eyes and natural skin detail.
Include straight-on views and gentle turns, with a few natural expressions. Keep hair, glasses and facial hair consistent. Soft window light helps show the face clearly; sunglasses, beauty filters, blur and repeated copies give the process less useful information.
For an individual order, sign in with the one-time email code and complete your $35 Stripe payment before uploading. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files, at least 400 × 400 pixels and no larger than 12 MB each. The form prepares JPEG copies up to 1 MB each for submission. 2. Choose the background for every finished image
Choose from Studio grey, Clean white, Warm beige, Soft office, Outdoor greenery and Dark studio. There is one background choice for each final portrait: four choices for Profile Portrait or Team Portraits, and two for Company Rollout.
You can repeat the same setting across the set. Choose with the final placement in mind: a shared company page may call for one background, while different profile placements may benefit from another option. For a team order, follow the background brief agreed with your organizer.
3. Add your comments and send the brief
Use the comment box for preferences about glasses, hair, facial hair and expression, plus any company reference. Check your photos and background choices, then submit. We receive the photos, selected backgrounds and comments at hello@match-production.com.
Your individual payment is completed through Stripe before the upload form opens. Our team replies by ordinary email to confirm suitable references and timing before processing. We use your references and brief to create AI portraits, then check the finished face and details carefully.
The individual delivery target is thirty minutes after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment, with human review included. It is a target, not an SLA. Team and company timing is agreed separately by email.
4. Every portrait receives a human review
A human reviewer checks every delivered portrait against four criteria: likeness, natural skin texture, facial details and framing. Your references, chosen backgrounds and comments guide that review.
Profile Portrait and Team Portraits include four finished portraits per person; Company Rollout includes two. We email the finished set after review. Reply to our email if you need an update while the order is being prepared.
5. Receive your portraits by email and check both crops
Open the portraits in your delivery email at full size, then at the small size where they will appear. Check the eyes, hairline, glasses, facial hair, skin detail and expression against your references. Choose the portrait you feel comfortable using for a company biography or professional profile.
We send full-size JPG portraits and separate 1024 × 1024 square JPG crops by ordinary email. Save the files to your device. Keep the portrait version for layouts that need more height and test the square version in the intended profile crop.
6. Request the included correction if a detail needs attention
Each person’s order includes one correction request covering up to two portraits. Reply to the delivery email with the image names and the detail to change within seven days of first delivery. A precise note about the feature or crop is more useful than a general request to make the image better.
Corrected portraits receive another human review before we email the revised files. The seven-day window remains tied to the first delivery; it does not restart when corrected images arrive. Keep your original delivery email and files while the correction is being prepared.
Questions about the AI headshot process
Is this a new photograph or an AI-generated portrait?
It is an AI-generated portrait made from your uploaded reference photos and selected portrait direction. Human review checks likeness and visible details before delivery; it is not a live photography session.
Do I need a professional camera or eight different outfits?
Use clear, current selfies that show one person and a useful mix of straight-on and gently turned views. A professional camera and eight outfits are not required. Keep your appearance consistent and avoid filters, blur, sunglasses and duplicate photos.
When does the thirty-minute target begin?
After our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment for an individual order. Human review is included in the target. It is not an SLA or a thirty-minute commitment for an entire team batch.
What will the human reviewer check?
Likeness, natural skin texture, facial details and framing on every delivered portrait. The same review is required for corrected images before release.
Can I repeat one background across all my headshots?
Yes. Choose any available background for each finished image, including the same setting each time. For a team order, follow the background brief agreed with your organizer.
How long do I have to request a correction?
Reply to the delivery email with one request for up to two portraits within seven days of first delivery. A corrected delivery does not restart that window.
