Choose by headcount and the number of finished portraits each person needs. All prices are in USD. These are one-time portrait purchases. Pay $35 for one person through Stripe before uploading selfies. Team and company orders are arranged by email, with a twelve-month use period for agreed places.
The team and company packages have different input and output counts. At 250 people the order moves to Company Rollout, even though the $21 per-person rate also applies to the 200–249 band. Check both the rate and the included portraits before choosing.

Choose one background for each final portrait from six options: Studio grey, Clean white, Warm beige, Soft office, Outdoor greenery and Dark studio. Repeat one setting or choose a mix. Every delivered image receives a human check for likeness, natural skin texture, facial details and framing.
We email each finished portrait as a full-size JPG with a 1024 × 1024 square JPG crop. One correction request covering up to two portraits is included under the seven-day terms below; send it by reply email.
Profile Portrait and Team Portraits provide four finished options per person; Company Rollout provides two. Compare the package on that delivered set, its review and its correction terms, alongside the number of images.
The order’s total headcount selects one per-person rate. Multiply that rate by the number of people to get the order total. It applies to every place in that order, rather than only the people above a threshold.
For example, five people cost $145 at $29 each. One hundred people cost $2,300 at $23 each. A 250-person Company Rollout costs $5,250 at $21 each and includes two portraits per person. Use the calculators above to compare your own headcount.

A team or company place covers one participant. Places remain valid for twelve months, so agree on staged participation with our team by email within that window.
Unused places can be reassigned by email before processing starts. Wait for our confirmation of the change. Once processing begins, the place stays with that participant. Choose the order headcount with both the planned rollout and the twelve-month limit in mind.
Each person’s order includes one correction request covering up to two portraits. Reply to the delivery email within seven days of that person’s first delivery and describe the detail that needs attention.
Corrected portraits receive another human review before release. The seven-day deadline stays tied to the first delivery and does not restart after a revision.
You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of first delivery, without requesting a correction first. Unfulfilled orders receive a full refund. The service and refund policy explains how to contact us about a refund or cancellation.
The target is thirty minutes for an individual order after our team confirms suitable reference photos and timing after payment, including human review. Preparation happens before that point, so allow time to choose suitable selfies, backgrounds and comments.

Yes. Each person’s order includes one request by reply email for up to two portraits within seven days of that person’s first delivery. Corrected portraits receive a fresh human review, and a revision does not restart the window.
Our team sends the reviewed portraits and square JPG crops by ordinary email. For a company order, agree on recipients and staged delivery with us by email.
